One man charged as party to a homicide and hiding a corpse has requested a motion for a lowered bond.
James Lussier, 19, Woodruff, filed a motion June 28 with Judge Patrick Madden in Iron County circuit court.
Lussier filed the request personally and not through his lawyer. He is jailed on a $1 million cash bond at this time.
He is one of five men charged in the death of Wayne Valliere, Jr., 25, Lac du Flambeau. Evan Oungst, 28, received a modified bond - from $1 million to $25,000 - last month and was released from jail with monitoring.
The four others remain incarcerated in various facilities on $1 million cash bonds. They include Richard Allen, 27; Joseph Lussier, 27; and Curtis Wolfe, 26, all of Lac du Flambeau.
As of Tuesday, a court hearing for James Lussier's motion for reduced bail hadn't been scheduled.
